Fork + Flask at Nage is an evolution of the 12 year success of Nage Bistro & Wine Bar. Originally opened in 2004, the restaurant has won many awards and accolades including BEST CHEF, BEST APPETIZERS, BEST WINE LIST, BEST COCKTAILS, and BEST BURGER IN DE. Six times running we were named BEST CATERER, and three times as BEST RESTAURANT by various publications such as FOOD NETWORK MAGAZINE and DELAWARE TODAY.

 

Fork + Flask at Nage focuses on providing the highest quality, yet approachable food and spirits. Our team shares a passion and commitment for traditional execution. Properly made. Straightforward. Done right. This roomy beach bungalow-inspired environment offers every guest a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the simple things in life. A friendly place for delicious drinks and late-night bites served 'til 1am. Fork+Flask is the ideal meeting house for people who revel in beach life at the Delaware beaches. 

 

What's on the Fork?

Freshness, pure and simple. Executive chef Sean Corea combs local farmer’s markets every week, along with maintaining relationships with our farming partners throughout the Delmarva. The result is the finest cultivated vegetables that go into all our recipes. Our accomplished culinary team is also focused on satisfying guests with dishes that take advantage of local-caught seafood.

 

 

What's in the Flask?

A respect for tradition thanks to a bar program that showcases the art of cocktail preparation. A wide variety of beverages are crafted from an expansive list of small batch spirits, cocktails craft beers and unique wines. Proper cocktails done right. Brunch Menu service: 10am to 2:30pm Sat & Sun (From 2:30pm - 4pm Bar menu available)

Dinner Menu Service: 4pm to 9pm nightly
